About the Bid Whisperer

Writer's Block was founded over a decade ago by Annie Sen, who brings expertise and experience in devising strategies to win complex tenders and proposals - or "bids", generally speaking. Her capabilities are enhanced by experience in media relations, corporate communications and general proposal and submission management. Most importantly, she has a specialist background in writing winning tenders. It was her passion for helping companies win tenders that saw the birth of Writer's Block Advisory.

In addition to being a part of teams that have submitted winning tenders in excess of $1.5 billion, her capabilities extend to implementing media plans for ASX-listed firms as well as conducting internal communications and training and developing integrated marketing and business development plans.

She has worked on major State and Federal Government tenders for clients which were successful in their submission. Annie has worked to deliver major government tenders (including tenders for DEEWR) and understands how to project manage a team to deliver optimal results. She has contributed to high profile construction, legal, recruitment and other tenders across Australia and understands the nature of the industry. Her experience in the employment services industry includes providing tendering services to a number of Australia’s largest employment services firms as well as writing tenders on behalf of large private and publicly listed companies.
